When can you return your car?

Cars & Vehicles
Car Buying

What type of issue is your car in? If it's a leased car then your lease will clearly describe early outs and any relevant penalties (if they exist). Typically the dealership doesn't care on an early pay off on a lease because they actually prosper even moreso. You still have to pay the entire dollar amount of the lease yet they have a much higher residual value so the car will take in more on the pre-owned lot.

Now; if you are speaking of those few car companies that claim if you don't like their car you can get your money back. This is usually in the fine print and 6 pitch font - READ it very carefully. Some have a 3 day return others have (Saturn did) a time frame and mileage restriction. Check out the fine print and you'll be ... fine.
