What steps do you take to change trans fifter on my 97 neon?
There is very little clearance space underneath a Dodge Neon. I'd suggest you take it to the nearest Lee Miles or other transmission place and ask for their auto transmission filter and fluid replacement package. Believe me, its worth every penny.
It's doable, but not really feasible. Especially for a car as old as that and which doesn't have any particular collector's value. You'd be sinking a lot more money into it than it's worth.
The prefix, 'milli', literally means 1/1000. Just like a millimeter is 1/1000th of a meter. So replace milli with 1/1000 and you have the answer in volts. For example, 583 millivolts = 583 x 1/1000 volts =583/1000 volts = 0.583 volts.
Auto parts stores sell a kit with springs and shocks that replaces the rear air bags with springs. Been there, done that.
Your little Neon is a front wheel drive. There are two constant velocity joints on each axle. It all depends on what make, model, year, and engine size, you are asking about. You fail to list any of that. The range runs from 60,000 to 105,000 miles. Average is around 90,000 miles. Some engines are interference engines and if the belt breaks, engine damage will occur. Some are not, and a b...

You will probably never get it all out without the aid of a transmission flush machine. Any fluid left behind will destroy the transmission in a short time. I recommend not driving the vehicle! Have it towed to a garage that can perform that service and hope for the best.
You change the gears using your gear lever (obviously). On almost any bike out there you upshift by pushing the lever up and downshift by tapping it down, this also makes sense, doesn't it? My gas gauge on my 63 Corvette just stop working. What is the first step I should take to determine the problem?
first check all ground wires for good clean connections, then check the wire or wires going to fuel tank sending unit.
50,000 and be sure to do it because the motor is an "interference" motor and if the belt breaks the valves will hit the pistons and then things get really expensive.
