What is the right head for a 1978 280z?
The fuel pump is located on the undercarriage of the car. It will have four 12 mm bolts holding it in place on a steel plate.

There is not carb. Try changing the spark plugs and leads and try cleaning out the injectors and the fuel pump. Clean out the cam shaft with a cloth, and change the oil, change the thermostat, and tell me what else you did.
