There were several options for that model year. Message me with the last 8 of the VIN, and I can tell you for sure what it came with from the factory. I've never seen a T2000 day cab that wasn't a reconfigured sleeper truck, so I'm going to assume that you're talking about a 6x4 unit with a sleep...
Kenworth recently showed off a T680 sleeper-cab tractor that scaled at 14,200 pounds (not counting fuel), according to hosts at a ride-and-drive event staged at the KW plant in Chillicothe, Ohio.As with any lightweight specification, saving weight comes from the careful choice of components.

Depends on the vehicle. if you mean Heavy truck like a eighteen wheeler or dump truck then most of them use Diesel engines. If you mean light duty truck like a 1500 Chevy or dodge or f150 its gasoline. If heavyer then that it could be either gas or diesel.
Doing a DPF delete isn't simply a matter of removing the DPF and running without it.. there's reprogramming involved, as well.
typically 100LL AvGas, though this is not ideal due to exhaust valve issues based upon lead deposits. most radial engines were certified for use with 67 octane, or anotherlow octane gasoline. newer models, such as the Russian M14-P are designed for compatibility with 100LL.
A combustion engine is a complex machine that burns fuel to produce thermal energy and then uses the energy to do work.In a car, the engine does the work of providing kinetic energy that turns the wheels. The combustion engine in a car is a type of engine called an internal combustion engine.
A Funny Car uses the same 8,000 horsepower nitromethane-fueled supercharged Chrysler Hemi engine that is used in Top Fuel so it is not surprising that they are able to cover the 1,000-foot course in just over four-seconds at speeds in excess of 320-mph.

Thing is, larger engines tend to be harder to turn on because of heavier rotating assembly among other issues which means they use more fuel just ordinarily to maintain speed. Also, larger engines tend to make more horsepower because they can naturally move more air per revolution (all other thing...
I would recommend 5w30 and use fully synthetic so it will improve your vehicles life time but remember if you switch to synthetic you cant go back to regular oil it will cause problems but that's the best you can do for your mustang.

I too have had both a Ford truck and a Kenworth. My Ford lasted much longer and really handled the wear and tear better than the Kenworth. In my opinion Ford trucks are more reliable and the Kenworth broke down at 100,000 miles and wasn't worth replacing the engine.
Assuming you're referring to the engine ECU, there isn't one from Kenworth - it'll be from whichever manufacturer made the engine, which, for that model year, will either be Cummins or Caterpillar. Disconnect the batteries for 10 - 15 minutes, then reconnect them.

Kenworth... what? Kenworth manufactures a range of trucks from Class 5 through Class 8... as is, we don't know if you're talking about a T300 box truck, a T800W heavy haul tractor, a W900L line haul tractor, a T800 dump truck, etc. Need to be more specific.
There really isn't one answer to this question. The T800 was Kenworth's "jack of all trades" truck... it could be a single axle straight truck or tractor, it could be a tandem axle straight truck or tractor, it could be a heavy haul tractor, it could be a special purpose truck for niche applicati...
Fallout 4 kind of still uses the Oblivion engine, but do not fear 'Bethesda face' Fallout 4 looks lovely.Thing is though, for all of said engine's new name back in 2011, Creation itself was actually an upgraded and modified version of Gamebryo, the same engine Bethesda used for Fallout 3, and Obl...
We would need to know the engine model, or at least the engine displacement, in order to answer this. That's much more relevant to answering the question than the number of gear ratios in the transmission.
Most diesel engines hold one and a half to two times as much oil as their gasoline counterparts. So, for instance, if you're changing the oil in your Dodge Ram with a gasoline engine, you'll need seven quarts of oil.If you have the Cummins diesel engine, you'll need 12 quarts.
The model would help. On Kenworths, you typically have two options... either an externally-mounted battery box, which can be forward or behind the fuel tank on the driver side.... for example, on a W900, they're normally in front of the fuel tank on the driver's side, but when Swift bought a bunc...
Depends on the model and drivetain. 14,000 - 18,000 is what you'd typically be looking at.
This is the displacement, or size of the engine. An engine has cylinders in which your pistons move up and down in. To calculate the engine size, you figure out the area of your piston face and multiply this by the stroke (up and down motion of your piston) and finally by the number of cylinders....

Get a shop with the appropriate software for your engine to hook it up and do a diagnostic on it.
Well, a couple variables here.. first, the question is whether you're talking about the speed sensor for the speedometer, or the wheel speed sensors for the ABS. For the former, if you've changed tire size, rear end ratios, etc, then it'll depend on the age of the truck... on trucks with mechanic...
The best way to determiin your truck's value would be to compare it to similiar trucks which have sold and are selling in your local area. Truck trader type publications in your area will show a wide variety of similiar models from which you can get a fair estimation as to what to value your truck.
Funny Car fuel systems are key to their immense power.During a single run (starting, burnout, backing up, staging, 1/4 mile) cars can burn as much as 15 US gallons (12 imp gal; 57 L) of fuel. The fuel mixture is usually 85–90% nitromethane (nitro, "fuel") and 10–15% methanol (alcohol, "alky").
The current V6 is a chevy/Ilmor joint designed 2.2L turboed engine. The last supposed "Chevy production based engine" was the 4L Aurora V8. The only true race motor found in a production chevy was the ZL-1 in the 1969 vette/Camaro- it was designed for Can-am racing. Not an 'improvement" here. A re...
They both use internal combustion engines.A gasoline car typically uses a spark-ignited internal combustion engine, rather than the compression-ignited systems used in diesel vehicles. In a spark-ignited system, the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber and combined with air.
Gotland class submarines use Stirling engines.Stirling engines are a type of reciprocating external heat engine that uses one or more pistons to achieve useful work through some input of heat from an external source. They differ vastly from internal combustion engines that are seen in most vehicles.
Internal combustion engine.Internal combustion engines (ICE) are the most common form of heat engines, as they are used in vehicles, boats, ships, airplanes, and trains. They are named as such because the fuel is ignited in order to do work inside the engine. The same fuel and air mixture is then e...
I assume by "combustion", you mean what "stroke combustion" do car engines use. Cars use 4 stroke combustion engines, while smaller engines (such as a lawnmower or weedeater) can use a 2 stroke combustion engine. Basically, a two stroke engine makes two strokes of the piston before starting the c...

When I drove for Pioneer Sand, our T800 tandems with steel dirt tubs, C10 Cat engines, and 10 OD transmissions weighed in around 23,000. With the steel rock tubs, C11 Cat engines, and 10 OF transmissions, they scaled about 1,000 lbs. heavier.
