Have you cleaned the IAC passage to make sure the IAC is clear and not carboned up??

What about cleaning the throttle body bore and backside of the blade to make sure that the area around the perimeter of the blade is clean and unrestricted by deposits??

Cleaning the EGR valve pintle shaft might be another good preventive/diagnostic step to make sure that the pintle is not sticking open slightly causing a stall on closed throttle maneuvers.

There is always the possibility of plugs/wires causing and intermittant misfire that caues a stall. The ignition system is operating at a relatively high voltage output at idle due to the dilution ratio in the chambers running heavily throttled so an ignition breakdown can often show up as an intermittant problem at idle as with a stall. Mist the wires with a spray bottle of water in a dark area and watch for arcs and sparks to see if a wire is leaking or something.

Otherwise, for some strange reason, I might start to suspect a crank sensor getting old/tired or connector to one of them getting moisture in it or something...
