The oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine on the oil pan. Remove with 17mm wrench and tighten to 10 Lb/Ft torque and no more. The radiator drain plug is located on the bottom of the radiator. If you can't find it simply remove the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator.

It's a fair bit of work, you will need to support the engine while doing this, pull the driveshafts and any other items in the way to get it out. If you're not familiar with it take it in and have it done. The other thing you can do is buy the repair manual and go at it step by step.
