I drove a Pontiac Bonneville convertible with a 409 engine. I think I probably had a 20 gallon tank. What I distinctly remember in '68 or '69, was paying $0.35 a gallon which would have been $7 for a tankful.
My jimmy gmc takes about $60.00 to fill up i hope that helps. lol but our jimmy is really loud and is a total gas hog lol but i love riding in it i fell badass!! lol :)
