I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that model year still uses a mechanical speedometer, in which case, it's likely either your speedometer cable or faulty gears in the speedometer itself. If it is electronic - which is possible, as again I'm not 100% certain that the 95 uses a mechanical speedome...

What would cause the running or tail lights on your 1994 Camry not to work while the head lights brake lights and turning signal lights work?
There is a relay in the trunk (left hand side wall) that may have been burnt. You may want to check this out...had the same problem with my 1992 Camry.....different year of course. The wires to the running lights were broken and exposed, caused a short, which in turn burnt the relay in the trunk.
Can you mix P225 75R15 on one Axel and P235 75R15 on the other on a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee with part time 4 wheel drive?
There shouldn't be an issue with it when the two fatter tires are on the rear and thinner on the front, but don't mix them up left to right. We used to do this a lot when driving on sand, we put fatter tires on the front for flotation and better steering. Not if the vehicle is 4 wheel drive.
take off door panel remove door lock componets and go from there
It very well could. Before I condemned it, I would check the wiring from the computer to the injector with a multimeter. Sometimes squirrels and rats love to chew the wiring for some strange reason.
The "Check Gauges" light means just that.Look at all the gauges while engine is running and see which one is not in it's normal range.I suspect it is the oil pressure gauge is trying to tell you something, especially if you say there is a rattle when you drive (engine clatter).

What could be the cause of the tail lights of a 1995 Ford Taurus to not work in normal operation but work when the brakes are pressed?
There are 2 filiments in those bulbs. One for tails/turn and the other for brake lights. Try replacing one bulb first. I think there are two offest tits on the shaft of those bulbs. Be sure you insert it correctly into the socket. For that matter check to see if they are in correctly now.
Rear passenger side! It comes out behind the rear light assembly, look for a half-inch rubber tubing inside the protecting two-inch piece of a plastic pipe that sticks from the underneath.
