A 1994 Sea-Doo is a 2-stroke engine.. it has no Crank case oil.. Just oil in the Fuel.. either via Oil tank or Pre-Mix.. the oil that is in the fuel lubricates the entire engine.

It depends upon the engine. Engines with higher compression require a narrower gap. If this is for a marine application (IE:outboard motor) 0.030 is the gap required for most, but you should double check.
