The easiest way to disable your 1994 Chrysler New Yorker alarm is to remove the alarm fuse. The alarm fuse can be found in the fuse box.
Follow the passenger side axle to the transmission, the sensor is located in housing the axle fits into.
This is most likely due to Electrostatic Charge. That being said, you generate static either by friction (sliding) or by clothing. Very dry cloth (nylon, silks, rayons and some polys) are more prone to create static. Over drying them makes the matter worse. Some fabric sheets help reduce this pr...
Not completely sure. I just picked one up and none of the listings show a 440 for '65, only the base 413. My guess is that since it was offered in the '66 model year, they just pulled it ahead in late-build '65 models. If you check your build date, that should make sense.

It is possible that the 1994 New Yorker LHS is having a problem with the transmission if it jumps when starting out. A transmission sensor might be bad or a belt in the transmission is stretched.
It is probably a bad speed sensor. The speed sensor is located on the transmission and sends a signal to the speedometer. It acts like a speedometer cable only sending electronic pulses instead of turning like a cable does.

If memory serves me right, you will find it inside the intake air duct. They put it there so the incoming air for the engine would cool the unit.
