If all the other windows operate it's not a fuse. Try taking the door panel off and tap the window motor with a small hammer. If the motor starts working it's the motor. If the motor still doesn't work it's probably a bum switch.

Try having the ATF and transmission filter changed. If that doesn't help you probably have a failing "valve body" in the transmission.
