Usually a bottom end bearing problem mostly caused by lack of oil changes or high mileage on engine. You can try to replace the bearings but usually it's a temporary fix at best as there is probably crankshaft wear.
Yes it can as well as the h22/23
to start with the fans on this auto. are not powerd by a belt, they run on electricity, so if your fans are not working, i suggest you get a manual and find out where the relays are....
why does my speedometer needle bounce, when I'm doin less than 80
A 50/50 mixture of water and coolant/antifreeze is highly recommended to avoid freezing and/or rusting within the radiator.
Have the transmission fluid and filter changed. That most likely won't help but after you've changed the fluid you can put in a can of transmission seal conditioner, such as Trans-X or whatever brand is recommended. Trans-X is a little harder to find but it seems to have a good reputation. But be ...

Well hopefully your not going from 5th gear speeds stright to 1st... but go to a tranny shop and explain the problem
Well it depends on many factors. I favor the 92 over the 94 as far as styling, reliability and sheer looks the 92 takes it all. Its larger and lighter. The major disadvantage is that 92's are that they're rare and are getting that way everyday, so finding parts is hard; I,m talking about the driv...
The 2.5 has a few issues with thermostats, one being that the temp selection when buying a new one is often mistaken. the factory temp was usually 192* This would be fine for winter, but summer would cause a over-heat issue, and since the temp sending unit was with in a close proximity to the t-s...
For this method, you will need:(fuse) flammable rag, cloth, or string, preferably wetted (not soaked) in a flammable liquid(access) access to the gas tank of the car you wish to ruin(fuel) less than a full tank but more than a quarter tank of gasoline, in the car's tank (depending on the size of ...
Check your relay which is under the instrumental panel on the left. When you are seating down on the driver seat, it will be above your left leg. Look for cold solder and re-solder it.
im goin through the same thing with a 92 civic.......may be the ECU, ECU FUSE, BAD GROUND FOR THE ECU....THATS WHAT IM GETTIN FROM ALL SORCES.....
In a fuel injected car, the oxygen sensor would adjust for any lean condition. More fuel is generally needed for cold air conditions.
What changes have been made to the car? Is the Rad cooling fan still wired original or wired so comes on with ignition? Added a stereo or any equipment? If so disconnect one at a time and see if this fixes it.
It could possibly be the timing chain. If you remove the valve cover, you can inspect it to see if it is broken.
Year make model, engine size, symptoms always help. Otherwise generic answers are all that can be given.I'm guessing you have power at the pedal switch & front area of truck.Start at the brake lights and work your way forward through the wiring harness with a test light. If you have a trailer...
The left headlights are very dim,the wires have been checked all the way. When i check the voltage on the right side i get 12 volts, the left side has barely 11 volts.
what can be added to gain horsepower to the air intake of a 2.2L Pontiac sunfire?
I think that the cruise control boxes are different at least in 91 teg they are the auto says at and the manual says mt.
Bottom corner of rad, inner side, some aftermarket rads won't have a drain and you will have to pull the lower hose off to drain it
I just purchased an 02 RS too. Let me know if you come up with any good buys for a cold air intake. I'm in the market
You can actually open your driver side door and look at the sucker there and that will give you most of the information you need to know about your car. Also you can check the sticker under the hood. It should be to the left hand side next to the clip that holds down the hood. Hope this helps.
warm the car up to operating temp loosen the distributor hold down bolts just enough so you can move the distributor (3 bolts) connect a inductive timing light pickup on #1 cylinder (one closest to the timing belt) jump the terminals at the ignition timing connector under the passenger floor mat ...
did this just happen one day or was this an over time thing. did you replace something and then it happened?
VTEC could stop working for a number of reasons:Oil Pressure Sensor: Can prevent VTEC from engaging if oil pressure is insufficient (normal operation), or could incorrectly report low oil pressure (faulty operation)VTEC Solenoid: This solenoid opens to route oil through the passages in the head t...
turbo gives more hp then a supercharger
im not gonna swear to this but maybe a short in computer?
Perhaps throttle plate is stuck open - try to free with a screwdriver
Air in the cooling system - has to be bled to remove air
I would first check the 7.5 amp Fuse # 15 under the dash. Remove the fuse, If it is blown, replace it. If it is not blown, replace it. If the fuse is not blown, then the transmission has a faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor, or VSS.
Acura carries both a crank sensor and some also carry cams sensors which generates current to coil which then distributes power to sparks. Happy to help Greg T

The 1995 Acura Integra is OBD1. There is no connector if you are looking for one.
Because the computer has detected something that needs to be resolved. Use a code scanner to find out what problem code the computer has store.
check to be sure that the thermostat is not backwards and is the correct heat rated unit for the car
You say, oil, so I assume you have a manual transmission which probably uses Honda MTF. Automatics after 1995 use Honda ATF and before some use Dexron. My advice would be to go to your local Acura or Honda dealer and purchase the oil there. Honda transmissions shift better with the OEM fluid, esp...
Trim level such as the interior, power windows seats ect.
Did you run out of gas...? You may have a battery relay problem as well. If your engine wasnt turnign properly to charge the batter, or more likely if the charging cables werent connected properly.
MAKE CAR MAKES THE SAME NOISE AND REPLACING THE PVC VALVE FIXED THE PROBLEM
check both resovoirs, the one closest to the firewall is the main one and then the other is right side near the coolant one, there is a little cover that pops off and a second one under that.mine was bone dry for the longest time and after realizing that it was empty,i filled it and no more buzz.
when u first start ur car the car is not warm up so its pushing more air/gas thast y ur idle is so high, meaning that it will go faster, once its warm up it will idle low using less air/gas,so it goes slower.other problems could make u lose power is spark plug wires and spark plugs
I just had this problem. It turns out there's a plastic piece on the brake that hits the Stoplight switch. If the Stoplight switch is not depress, the rear park lights (stop light) would stay on.
Yes, you can put a turbo on almost any vehicle. Question is: How much is it worth to you? It will cost plenty.
